**There are no dedicated parking spots as this apartment is on the main street of downtown Delaware** But, there are plenty of parking options available: There is a small but free, no time limit parking lot on Spring Street, which is just a few minute walk from the apartment. There is also free parking from 4pm to 11am on Sandusky Street in front of the apartment. From 11am to 4pm it is 2 hour parking and you just need to move your car. There is paid parking around the corner on Spring St and South Franklin St. It is $0.75 for 3 hours. Parking on Spring and Franklin is free from Friday at 5pm until Monday 8am. Great spot in downtown Delaware so easy to access OWU campus. Location does have steep steps to access but I knew this. Also parking is an issue but Scott explains this well so was prepared for this. Place is clean and well appointed. Would be super helpful to have some charging ports on either lights or plugs but other than this the place is a great little rental!!!!
